How Pattaya1 handles your data
This preview notice describes the data flows the production platform must support before live launch. It is written for users, venues and the production team.
Data we collect
Pattaya1 may collect account email, phone number, age-verification state, booking details, My Trips saves, notification choices, approximate location and support requests.

Why we use it
Data is used to run bookings, prevent duplicate reservations, send transactional confirmations, route venue notices, improve safety and keep the product stable.
Sharing with venues and providers
A confirmed booking may be shared with the venue, HozPOS/Owner Hub, Stripe for pay-now checkout, ZeptoMail for transactional email and Twilio only where SMS/WhatsApp is explicitly enabled and consented.
Your rights
Production must support access, correction, deletion, export and consent withdrawal workflows. Use the data request page to start that process during preview.
