Booking and platform terms

These preview terms define the production contract that must be finalised before live booking, payment, venue owner and notification flows go live.

Bookings

Bookings require sign-in, age verification where applicable, terms acceptance and a server-created SHO88 reference. Pay-at-venue and pay-now bookings have different payment and cancellation rules.

Venue handoff

When a booking is confirmed, Pattaya1 may notify the venue by email or push it to Venue Owner Hub/HozPOS where enabled. Venues must acknowledge, redeem, reject or cancel through an audited workflow.

Payments

Stripe test mode is used in preview. Live payments require verified Stripe webhooks, refund/void rules, test/live key separation and a written payment compliance sign-off.

User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate account, age, contact and booking information, arrive within the stated time window and show the booking reference at check-in.
